We're happily based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Live Your Expression partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. These are based all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers. These items ship via USPS and all have tracking numbers.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-6 weeks to arrive.

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for any tracking questions).

We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Please email us to ask for your tracking number. Once you have it, you can simply enter the tracking number here.

If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
If the order did not arrive please contact us and we will look for a sollution as soon as possible. There are 2 types of items Live Your Expression sells, and they have slightly different Refund Policies:

  1. Retail Items: If the product does not satisfy you, please email us so that we may decide to refund. If the item it is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us so that we may decide for a full refund. These have a full 30-day refund guarantee in case of a defective item.
  2. Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at support@liveyourexpresion.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up.

We will send you a new item. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

Live Your Expression is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff.
